The 4th Annual Meeting on Sexual Reproduction was held at the University of Tokyo.

The 4th Annual Meeting on Sexual Reproduction was held on 8 and 9 March 2024 at the Yayoi Campus of the University of Tokyo. Dr. Okada, Dr. Chuma of Kyoto University, and Dr. Yamanaka of the University of Tokyo organized and managed the meeting. The theme of this year’s meeting was ‘Reproductive research for the future’, and many basic as well as application studies were seen, and heated discussions were held. The event was so successful that the venue was almost fully booked, and many people participated online as well, which convinced us that the future of reproductive research in Japan is bright.
